Exactly what does it do?

I've tried it on 2 of my sites and after I disabled and uninstalled it my Admin links were all displayed at once in addition to the Administration link--I have not been able to fix this problem except by restoring my database which re-enables the module--haven't tested to see what happens if I delete the module's directory--but my guess is that it would cause other issues since this module rewrites Drupals code. I personally do not have much use for it since I am the only Administrator of my site but Menu Access and Menu Item Access seem to work well with it--I need to play around with them some more and get them properly working with Content Access; last time I set them in negative priority to make them work!
