This views exposed filters add on provides several much needed features that push views exposed filter ahead to a workable filter system without any need for coding.
It's not revolutionary, but certainly an improvement.
With some JQuery and form_alters you can push it farther and create some real AJAX filter goodies.
I helped a friend out by searching this site for an answer and this module was it! we needed to expose the checkboxes in CCK as checks in a custom search feature of a site, and it delivered. kudos!
It works out of the box also with complicate queries in multiple exposed filters! The best one for this task I've tried yet. Thanks a lot!
Use this to make your exposed forms more user-friendly. It's not mature yet, but we've discovered no major issues.
