Alter cache settings per block. Cache settings per block are now set in code, but if you don't like the default - usually none - you can now easily change this. Block cache settings come standard with Views, but this is helpful for non-Views blocks I guess. Helps you set a block cache for authenticated users, instead of Drupal's default anonymous users.
