This module lets you bind keys to certain operations in drupal. It also lets you quickly get to any content / users / taxonomies in your site via simple key combination. If you use Quicksilver then you're going to want to get this module. It requires Google gears to run but is an excellent compliment to the Administration Menu as it once again makes Drupal information just that much easier to find with minimal effort in terms of search.
Highly recommend this module, I'll be rolling it on my production stack shortly.
