Options: Add a review
This module puts all the features of the various modules together which aim to modify the search box/search process. All the little things you want to change like labels, text in the search field can be controlled. Additionally you can deeply control filter settings and lots of other stuff.
PLUS it integrates well with i18n and search lucene.
