Finaly I can totaly tune actions for any uploaded files in my Drupal: attachments, CCK File Field or Image. Very useful!
I give 3 star for Reliability because on some working Drupal sites this module crashes all the system. I don't know why.
If you care at all where your files go, what they're called, and who has access to them, I strongly recommend this module. Numerous excellent features for file organization, usability, and security. Especially useful with Transliteration as a helper and with directory-specific .htaccess configurations.
