great out of the box module
I suggested this module to a friend who owns a gaming website and he loved it! It was easy to set up, maintain, and access the data. Please add to core in Drupal 8(i know it won't happen...).

Pretty Nifty
Implemented a custom cork display for rating wines, seen here, and it was pretty smooth. I had to go out and search for how to create the custom widgets, but its definitely doable so I am happy with the flexibility.

Good since D5
This is a solid little module that has gotten better with time - integration of the color chooser is a great new feature.

Fivestar is a great module
After trying other review modules, including Node Review I found the Fivestar to be easy to use and easily customizable to meet even more complicated requirements. Desired behavior was achieved by creating content type "review" and linking it to another content type representing reviewd item using nodereference.
You can see an example implementation on Calgary School Reviews site - it's working great.

Wonderful
This module is quite easy to use, and works great for simple and complex voting needs. It is very simple to implement and works great with views, which is a huge plus.

Most Userfriendly Voting Module
We use this module for a lot of client projects, by integrating it with forums and blog posts. We find it to be one of the best voting modules. The AJAX based voting mechanism makes it so easy to use. The only thing is that once in a while, the AJAX loading may be slow and users will be able to see the drop down box behind it briefly.

Best voting module
I have tried quite a few voting modules, and this one is by far the best. Set up is straight forward and reliability is great. It has never let me down on my website www.huaq.net

Come a long way!
This project started out and wasn't that robust, lacked support from some browsers and just wasn't that usable. I downloaded it a few weeks ago and couldn't believe the progress that's been made. I created something similar to it a long time ago and this blows any efforts I had been making out of the water. This module meets and exceeds the expectations of our staff and we're looking to integrate it more into what we do in the future.

I can't say enough about this gem!
Fivestar is an amazing rating tool. It's stable and yet always manages to be on the cutting edge.
I haven't begun to leverage its power (would like to try the comment rating portion soon) but I've used it on several high volume sites and it's never let me down.

The best single-axis rating module
This is a great module for single-axis rating.
Despite the name, it is possible to change the rating scale to something other than 5. And if you don't want stars, there are a number of other symbols to choose from (you can even create your own set).
The module also allows you to assign labels or meanings to each star level. This helps users pick a suitable rating, and improves rating consistency.
The scope of this module is somewhat limited. There is no official support for multi-axis rating, and it doesn't allow for text reviews.

Fivestar is a nice little module
I used this on my d5 site vegan columbus and it's been very useful. I like the multiple star image options and it's great that I can use it with views to make a "top rated" list.

Jeff Eaton did a spectacular job on this one. It's very customizable and relatively easy to use.

One of the most useful, well thought out, and nicely designed modules
Fivestar really is the ratings module for Drupal. Now that you can make a rating required for comments, it has become the "simple review module" that people have been looking for as well. Lots of configurable options. I've never found myself saying "well gee, if I could only tweak it like XYZ"... it always seems to do what I want. It's very well maintained and will only keep getting better as more stars are contributed.

Absolutely great voting module
Very flexible, neat & easily configurable. Has a highly responsive interface (Ajax based). Very well maintained (new features like multi-axis voting nearly finished). If you need a voting widget, search no more - Fivestar is the way to go.
I didn't rate it as 5/5 in terms of features since currently there is no simple up/down voting. With this additional feature I would call it an ultimate Drupal voting solution.
