It is working but really needs some polish. It is a dev and the maintainer sadly seems not to have the time to finish this module properly (but is otherwise a very active community member).
It provides the intensly needed functionality of using flags to report abusive content AND combines it with a admistrative screen (that is what flag itself cannot do). It has a severe bug (not critical though) but it is working....
