This module is fantastic. I managed to have it up and running within 24 hours. The documentation is great! I highly recommend this module if you wish to allow user video uploads. True, some hosts do not support ffmpeg.. just find one that does.
i was wondering if there's a module for ftp server like uploading and downloading?I want my few advanced user's to upload documents/video to their specific directories and those documents/videos can be downloaded by common users.

To use this module your Hosting site MUST offer FFMPEG in order to do server sided video conversion (most hosting plans do not offer this service as it can be quite demanding on the server) It's worth making sure your web host offers this before installing this module
