Great statistics
Google Analytics is really needed for my websites and i had problem to integrate it to one of my Drupal sites and this module made it so easy and simple. I recommend this module to anyone who wants to add Google Analytics to his website.

Essential
These days, Google Analytics is essential for a website. Get an account and this module. Set the code and forget. Simple as that.

GREAT - works perfectly on my site
The level of detail in the statistics is incredible. Never before have I been able to tell where my visitors were coming from overlayed on a map. Works Great!

Just Works (Highest Possible Praise)
This module just worked, and is smart about many nuances of GA that can be configured if needed. I wish I were able to say this about some other modules.

A great tool to measure the performance of your Drupal-site
This is the review as written on my site www.drupaltist.org.
If you have a website, one likes to know more about its users. Google Analytics (GA) helps you to track and analyse different aspects of the use of your website. By installing their tracker, you can see from what area you users come, what browser they have, etc.
After you added a domain to GA, you normally have to insert a code into every webpage. The GA-module for Drupal does that for you. It's very advanced: it's possible to segment your users into the different roles, to help track GA the searches on your page, etc.
To let the module work properly, the only thing you really have to do is to give it the GA-key for the website. It connects with GA and does the rest for you. Advanced settings are possible, like putting the code in the footer. It makes the upload for your site faster.
Install the module as usual (upload, unzip and drag to sites/all/modules, see adding the first modules), enable the module in the admin-section, configure the module by giving it your GA-key, and tweak it. And the statistics will flow over your screen.
To learn more about it, go to the screencasts on BrianStevenson.com. They tell you about the advantages of the module, how to install and how to tweak the installation.

Great Module and very much needed
Google Analytics is one of the most used analytics systems in the world. And this module makes it very easy to use in Drupal. Get It!

A better way to use Analytics
This module is a nice alternative to hard-coding the Google Analytics code into your theme, and it adds some very useful features. You can exclude certain user groups from tracking (so you don't taint your stats with admin activity, for example), and it even lets you track outgoing links.

Great simple module
This module is very easy to install and configure. Once it's running, you can pretty much forget about it. Code quality is top-notch and is very actively maintained and supported. Thanks for one less module I ever have to worry about!

Simple
It was simple to set up and worked after the second attempt on a pretty complicated site, which doesn't happen very often! Only sad thing is that I would love to see not just where, but what roles are where but I was not expecting that to take place so overall, good!

Awsome!
Dont get any other record or log keeping modules until you try this one. Make sure you are using a properly written theme with the $closure variable, and its a bit tricky getting the Key right. The UI and documentation failed here!
Other then that. I am a firm and faithful user!
Review by mgparisi [info] on August 6, 2008 - 10:52

perfect!
It's very easy to handle: install, collect google Account-ID and ready to go. Furthermore there are many features to be configured optionally.
Thanks for that module!

Very handy
I've just started using this module in my 6.x installs, previously I was adding the code directly to my themes.
I like the fact that it caches the code and you can leave certain pages, such as admin ones, out of the statistics.

Just does what it says
This module just does the job.

Simple but very useful SEO module for the google search engine
A well maintained and useful SEO module that not only adds your Google Analytics javascript tracking code to every page on your site (excluding admin pages) but it also allows you to specify which Role types to ignore, specify files you would like tracked, cache your tracking code and add custom Javascript to the google tracking code.
Review by Gus [info] on March 28, 2008 - 11:27

It simply works
Minimal setup steps. We don't know how it does what it does, but it works perfectly.

Makes analytics management simple
You should use google analytics and this module on all sites you care about.

Good Module but needs improvements
Google Analytics is a great web-statistics providing service in case of the module I don't know if it supports the new ga.js in place of the urchin.js. The interface to select users to track is also confusing, I think all user activities should be tracked except of the admin user1. On the whole it is a good module but can be made better.

Perfect
I have yet to find any problems with this module. It does exactly what one would expect -- allowing you to track your site through Google Analytics. I have found that clients absolutely love seeing the statistics Google offers. They love the graphical interface and the information provided. Because of this, this module is a given on any client site.
