Excellent for creating a hierarchy of content
Combined with Pathauto (which IMO requires Path Redirect), you create your menu tree in sync with your URL path tree at the same time as your nodes.
It doesn't appear to help coordinate these when you want to re-arrange things later, but it greatly speeds up the initial content creation process.
I found it best to put in just a short title for the purpose of naming the path and menu item (eg Sports to create /about/facilities/sports) and then going back to give a better page title (Athletic and Fitness Facilities), fill in the content, and maybe clean up the pathauto-generated syntax. VERY IMPORTANT with pathauto to disable the checkbox when editing the title (every time, forever!), as it wants to mess with your URL every time you touch the node - verbose mode and Path Redirect help remind you if you forget.
Check the issues queue - apparently incompatible with Book, and I've asked about a workaround for that.
Works well with Menu Trim if you want to coordinate your Primary/Secondary top horizontal nav with tertiary+ levels displayed in a vertical sidebar menu, with everything in a single menu tree.
