This module allows you to specify a page template for each content type and each node. Each template starting with page is a possible choice for a node(type). It makes also an extra template suggestion to the node. When you don't specify a page template, template suggestions stay untouched. [More...]

This module is very simple indeed - it provides a hook up between your created content types and a template.tlp.php file in your theme folder. Very easy once you have the template file, just select the content type and in the 'template settings' section select the appropriate template file in the drop down. You can also do this node by node. Means you don't have to do any coding other than html for template file :-)
