This module provides the framework for the "related modules" feature here on DrupalModules.com.
I actually replaced the search algorithm with a much more complex one designed specifically for matching modules, but the default algorithm works fine for normal use.
The module also allows you to enter related links by hand, or grab links right out of the node itself, which could be very useful, depending on your needs.
Overall, this is the best module I've seen for finding related content.
