This is an excellent little module that fits the needs of people who want to build sub-portals or brother/sister sites in a multisite environment using just one theme. Sometimes theres just need for very litttle custom CSS. And thats all it does. It lets you easily add css for every subsite of a multisite environment.This module is also very easily customizable since its just some few lines of code.
