Options: Add a review
The Spam module has just been upgraded to work for drupal 6 (see latest dev version), and it works well now. Set and forget, and doesn't rely heavily on external spam fighting services like other modules.
Development is on-going, and dosumentation will be coming soon, but it's pretty simple to set up, and within a week or so your bayesian filter will have learned to deal with most spam.
