I first discovered this terrific module when I build a social networking site for a client who needed all the states of the USA listed as a vocabulary, as well as all the counties contained in each state. Rather than manually type term after term, I found that I could copy and paste dozens, sometimes hundreds of terms at a time into a given vocabulary. TBO saved me hours of time and allowed me to devote most of my energy to the construction of the site. One of the great, unsung contributions to drupal that is rock solid and incredibly useful. Not hard to set up and configure; just follow the directions.
