The best I used so far.
I have try Magento, osCommerce, Zencart but so far ubercart is the best I use for my site. Not to say those are not good, but they maybe just not as easy as Ubercart or not as powerful as Ubercart.
Ubercart is part of module of Drupal, so my site can add more functionality if there is any other module suitable.
My site is still at alpha stage. But most of the thing are going smooth, I hope it can get better on the documentation and reliability.

Poor quality control
For open source this module is good, however it's a perfect example at the lack of quality control that comes with open source solutions.
A lot of bugs that don't get fixed, a community that doesn't help too much either.
Most of it works straight out of the box, but then you will end up spending a lot of time trying to fix tiny little things that are very important. (just look up the "email order gets sent twice" problem - still no quick solution offered for sufferers of this fatal error from a shop)
A lot of the documentation online appears like you'll get all the help you'll need, but alas it is not written by anyone who understands how to teach and/or train another individual. And much of it is just plainly wrong.
There is a future for Ubercart, and it's main contributors are amazing for all their work, but I can't rate it too highly at present.
EDIT: after spending more time with Ubercart i have come back changed my score to all 1's. It just gets worse and worse as your spend time with it. Compared to other e-commerce solutions it is an awful awful product

Bikini-like documentation and no friends
Amazing module, lots of functionnalities and promising development.
I choose it for its integration with Drupal after a long and painful road with OpenCommerce.
Unfortunately, if the documentation appears to be complete at first, it is kind of bikini-like - barely covering the essentials, when it's not squarely obsolete. Lots of stuff dates back to Ubertcart 1.0.
Looking for workarounds? Tips? Tricks or anything else? Well, don't rely on the community. Not much help on that side. I still have trouble with shipping costs, email notification and stuff like that and had to go a developper to have these fixed.
Ubercart is an amazing and promising module. But it lacks the support it deserves.

Awesome
I have to admit that this module is not easy to use and the docu sucks a bit (api docu getting better).
But it's totally worth to learn as you get the most powerful ecommerce solution on the market. There might be better pure shopping cart scripts out there (like magento), but the combination with user roles and permission just kills it. Tons of ways to build specialized ecommerce solutions.

Provides better usability
Ubercart provides better usability, hence for small sites this is the preferred solution. (For large sites, the e-commerce might provide more options, but for me, user experiece is a top priority). Also, the wide usage base of this module makes me feel safer that it will get more upgrades over time.
For large ecommerce catalog, you may also consider Drupal's integration with Magento, although views should also provide a very flexible solution.

Best Choice
If you are wondering which e-Commerce package to use with Drupal, this is the best choice by far.

Brilliant ecommerce module
Use it, website and e-commerce rather than some cruddy bolt on.

Uber-cool
Shopping carts are remarkably difficult to get right, but Ubercart does a fantastic job of providing a simple-to-administer interface with a really full-featured cart. I love Ubercart.
Like any cart, UC has a learning curve, and takes a little while to set up. Once that's done, though, you're ready to roll. It is exceptionally smooth.
I've been using it on D6, and there were a couple of points of confusion while setting it up: First, many of the modules listed as dependencies are not truly required in the D6 version. (Some of the required modules listed aren't ready for D6--but go ahead, do the install. It will work.)
Next, shopping carts are big projects, and while UC for D6 is very far along, you may encounter a couple of rough spots. With that in mind, remember that you may find more refined code in the dev version. (For example, I encountered a critical-level Javascript bug in the approved release that was corrected in the 'Bazaar' version. This was a really small coding issue that had big consequences for using the cart in IE7. The Bazaar version fixed it right up, though, and the update installed painlessly.) If you don't know what 'bazaar' is, read the downloads page carefully for the link.
Another example: In the administration interface, there is a one-time procedure that you need to run to get the images working. A quick warning: If you use DHTML menus, the location of that set up feature won't be especially obvious. This is another really minor bug that may have been corrected by now, but if you are confused about finding something, try turning off DHTML menus. (If applicable.)
In my estimation, overcoming these minor issues was well worth the effort, though. Ubercart is a great module: far better than a lot of commercial carts I've seen. One last thing: Their online support is friendly, helpful and quick to respond.
Nice work, guys.

A work of art
Ubercart is the ecommerce engine on my LP site, and performs brilliantly. It is, in my humble estimation, the premier ecommerce script for the Drupal CMS. Integrates seamlessly with Views, CCK, and every other top ten drupal module that is available. Most importantly, the support forums on ubercart.org are active and lively and the development team members are never hesitant about chipping in to assist. For a module of this size and complexity, user support is a critical component in deciding which ecommerce package to go with. The fact that UC is receiving some high-profile funding from third parties gives users another indication of its longevity and permanence on the CMS landscape. Last but not least, there are scores of add on modules to UC, which can be found in the "contributions" section of the UC site. I am looking forward to using 6.x when it is released.

Awesome, easy to use, comprehensive e-commerce solution
Yes, there are a million options to configure. Yes, it's confusing. Ubercart (and it's awesome support community) does a great job of making it as easy as possible, and there are so many add-ons for just about anything you need. Documentation could be better but at least search and forum support is good.

Much better than expected
After looking at some of the reviews floating around the internet, I was a little afraid to dive into this one. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use, feature list, and community support of this project. Great work on it, keep it up!

Thumbs up so far
I have found Ubercart and its surrounding community to be incredible. For a project still in relative infancy, it's growing at an incredible pace, and the community provides unparalleled support for their product on the ubercart.org forums. I tried to build my site with the e-commerce suite first, but found Ubercart much more user friendly and easier to configure.

Good module, with limitations
My experience with Ubercart is very good. It's quick & easy to install and get up and running, but, when you need to tweak things, move things around or add on more payment options, I found it very limited and have always found myself uninstalling it (which is a tricky thing to do for both ecommerce and ubercart) and reverting to the more established eCommerce suite of modules.
My advice would be to try Ubercart out on a test site and if you're happy with the payment options and the out-of-the-box ergonomics, use it. However, if you are working towards a project spec that requires changes and tweaks from the default layout and options, I would recommend the eCommerce suite of modules.
Tip: Both Ubercart and Ecommerce are tricky to uninstall completely, so always install them on a test site when trying them out.
