Options: Add a review
I needed to be able to upload a file from a form for visitors who were not authenticated, and hence not content creators. This module was perfect for me and easy to use, as it creates a FormAPI field type that invokes the upload with browse button and call. That's all I used it for, but I copied the example module code and it worked first try. It also works for attaching the file to a node if you want that.
