I have no problem with this module yet :)
Aron and Inovae compagny solved all my problem.
He had a new very important function :
Views_saved_searches notifications
This function use messaging framework and the notifications module to send notifications when a new node when a new element is found immediately after the execution of cron
It's work fine ;)
With that you can send notifications by text mail, HTML mail...
