This module is great. Drupal's built in HTML Filter strips out all style attributes which breaks some of the code that is generated by WYSIWYG editors like TinyMCE. WYSIWYG Filter allows fine grained control over which css styles you want to allow people to define on inline style attributes. Problem Solved. Awesome!
